JOB DESCRIPTION: We select new joiners and train them using an internal training program called CYCLE OF DEVELOPMENT in all functional areas over the period 8 to 12 months
PLEASE NOTE: TRAINING IN ALL THE STAGES WILL BE COMPULSORY
• STAGE 1 : BUSINESS ASSOCIATE (BA)
o Task-Set: Client Representation And Servicing
 Functions: Advertising / Sales & Marketing / Promotion / Human Commercials / Business Development
• STAGE 2 : CREW LEADER (CL)
o Task-Set: Team Building And Management
 Functions: Recruitment / Team Handling / Training / Business Development
• STAGE 3 : EXECUTIVE CREW LEADER (ECL)
o Task-Set: Overall Business Management
 Functions: Team Handling / Skills Development / Motivation / Business Development
• STAGE 4 : ASSISTANT OWNER (AO)
o Task-Set: Overall Business Management
 Functions: Corporate Strategies / Team Handling / Training & Development / Business Development
• STAGE 5 : BUSINESS OWNER (BO)
o Task-Set: Management Of A Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
 Key Functions: Managing his Current Business / Accountability / New Business Development / Business Planning
