Urgent Requirement for Planning Engineer for Oman.
Skills:

Adept in Estimation and Proposals
Strong familiarity with Advanced Total Station instrument
Knowledgeable in AUTO CADD 2008 and other Computer applications
Hands on experience with water tanks, pipes,
Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Developed guidelines in the construction of special projects.
Planned and oversaw entire program operations.
Ensured that construction site is safe and that projects are completed safely and in accordance with the specified standards.
Specified the time and elements of construction contracts.
Designated manpower for particular projects.
Analyzed construction/physical area to determine expenditures and costs.
Drew up plans and layouts to determine logistics resources using planning software.
Prepared logistics plans using bar charts and procedure diagrams.
