Urgent requirement for Business Process Analyst in Info Park .

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst /Transition Analyst
• Advance MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge in reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI) will be an added advantage
Expectation
• Experience in a similar work profile with strong process/business analyst background
• Strong analytical skill, should be familiar working on reports and publishing dashboards
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
• Experience in process review, analysis and documentation
• Ability to work with senior level leaders and stakeholders, build relationship
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Manage responsibilities effectively
• Ability to analyze and suggest solutions

Responsibilities
• Manage the Business process management function for India Organization
• Review, analyze and report various key metrics for the team
• Should share monthly /weekly/daily metrics reports to various teams
• As a part of Centre of excellence team, should be involved in providing first level query resolution and incident troubleshooting on the tool
• Work with vendor team on new implementations, changes, incidents
• Coordinate with the business team and the vendor on any new updates/changes to the tools
• Bridge communication between Vendor & Business teams
• Facilitate new team onboarding and define metrics for teams
• Build new dashboards and reports
• Tool analysis & vendor negotiation
