Job Description
QUALIFICATION: Diploma/ Btech (Civil Engineering)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project co-ordination and Site Execution,
Execution of works within the parameters of time, cost, profit, quality,
productivity, and collection, On-going monitoring of project progress,
adherence to contract specifications, quality standards, Proper systems
implementation – sub-contract system, information technology, quality,
safety and environment, Preparation and monitoring of project planning &
project budget in consultation with the project team and ensure that all
concerned are aware of the plans, Billing and budgeting.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Primavera, AUTO CAD, MS OFFICE, CAD, Operations,
Autodesk Quantity take off.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Proactiveness, excellent management skill, willingness
to travel, analytical skill, good communication skill, ability to handle
the official from the Client side, understanding the drawing, ability to
coordinate all the workers and engineers work harmoniously in order to
bring about maximum productivity from each individual involved in the
projects, perfect planning so as to avoid any delay in work and to avoid
maximum wastage of material, manpower, money and machineries.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in project
coordination and 3 years’ experience at site.
