Job Description
An Academic Coordinator, oversees the development of teaching
materials, faculty and curriculums. They conduct staff training, assess
educational materials, evaluate educational technologies and mentor
faculty to help them develop effective instructional methods and
strategies. An academic coordinator’s primary function is to develop
academic material, coordinate content for education, and ensure that
current technology info specialized fields are incorporated into the
learning process.
RESPONSIBILITIES

? Assist in Screening and selecting faculty

? General administration and overall supervision of faculties.
? Manage orientation and training for new faculties
? Provide professional leadership and management of the subject in
order to secure high quality teaching
? Responsibility for organizing workload of faculties.
? Preparation of reports.
? Develop programs that improve faculties performance.
? Lead and motivate the team.
? Develop team strengths and improve weakness.
? Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.
? Developing and enforcing strategies related to academic
procedures.
? Secure co-operation and coordination amongst faculties
