Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To manage and run the Institute as an independent profit centre and meet with sales revenue and profit targets.
• To Plan and execute various Sales & Marketing activities for achieving Admission targets.
• To promote the institute and its courses & ensure proper handling of walk-ins, counselling prospective students and Converting enquiries to registrations.
• To train new counsellor staff with proper induction.
• To ensure proper handling of admission procedures and induct students and form batches.
• To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
• To coordinate with webinars, seminars and programs related to make student database or lead generation.
Skills Required:
• Any Graduate with Counselling/Sales background.
• Minimum 2 Years Experience
• Female candidate preferred.
• Good communicating skills in English & Malayalam.
• Good presentation & Teaching skills.
• Basic computer skills.
Starting 15,000 – 20,000 per month + Group Incentive
