Job Description
Proficiency in Tally accounting software, Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Handle accounts receivable functions, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.Manage the accounts payable process, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support business operations.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
