Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
-Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG
-Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards
-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP)
-Good leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
-Manage daily accounting operations
-Prepare financial reports and manage audits
-Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory laws
-Handle budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls
-Lead the accounting team and report to management
