Attend to walk in customers and provide good customer service

Attend to customers’ email and phone enquiries professionally and amicably
Liaise and coordinate between vendors to ensure the Campaign requirements are met
Manage the after sales service
Generate invoices, quotes and purchase orders
Any other ad hoc and administration duties as assigned
