Job Description
The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering high-caliber administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace.
Working Time: 9.00 to 6.00
Working days: Monday to Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
Handle incoming inquiries from students, parents, or hostel owners via phone.
Support the team in processing hostel booking forms, payments, and other related paperwork.
Support internal communication and coordination between team members.
Assist in schedules, meetings, arrangements, and other tasks as needed.
Prepare and submit agreements, bills, and reports related to hostel accommodations.
Monitor and manage office inventories and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
Support human resources by collecting documents, maintaining employment files, and assisting in onboarding processes.
Track and manage service requests, bills, expenses, and other related tasks through property management software to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all workplace operations.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team or supervisors.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer applications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
