Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintains the books of the plant with regards to procuring of raw materials, employee salaries and miscellaneous expenses
· Keeps a stock of all raw materials required for manufacturing
· Generates export invoices and purchase orders as needed
· Ensures the timely payment of all monthly expenses of the plant
· Bookkeeping of the expenses carried out by the Mumbai office
· Analyzes cost and creates basic reports for the same
· Supports the plant manager in miscellaneous tasks
· Assists in all general administrative activities as required by the plant
· Acts as the one point of contact for the Mumbai team for all miscellaneous tasks
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum:
· Tally software 0-2 years exp.; Intermediate skill level
· Microsoft Excel, Word – Expert skill level
· Has a proactive approach to problem solving
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Familiar with modern computer hardware, software, and cloud sharing services
