Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and talkative woman with a passion for education to join our admissions team. As an Admission Coordinator / Tele Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing them with accurate information, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential students and parents.
Explain course details, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and benefits of enrolling in the institution.
Address inquiries regarding programs, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain a database of prospective students and update records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate a seamless enrollment process.
Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
Female candidates only
Education:
Minimum graduate degree in any field (preferably in education, marketing, or related disciplines).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior experience in academic counseling or telemarketing is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
Confidence and enthusiasm in speaking with parents and students
Proficiency in English and Tamil (other languages are an advantage)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and CRM tools)
