Lead a design group (a group of 1-3 designers and engineers) to develop technologies for track system for OEMs and aftermarket;
Make sure projects under his responsibility follow the PDP process;
Review and validate the specification sheet;
Define the best approach between physical and numerical validation;
Validate all the concepts and the requirements to make sure they are meeting specifications in terms of performance and cost;
Make sure projects under his responsibility respect timeline;
Lead all the design reviews: internal and with the customer;
Review and approve all the drawings;
Review and approve all the tests and analysis reports;
Lead all the engineering exchange with customers and product line managers;
