Job Description

1. The ground staff are responsible for passenger service duties, which include the manning of check-in counters for departing passengers, as well as arrival and departure gates.

2. To ensure passenger comfort, the ground crew is responsible for all cabin services.

3. Answering questions and assisting passengers with various needs.

4. Taking reservations.

5. Issuing tickets.

6. Verifying passenger identification & printing boarding passes.

7. Helping travelers to check in their baggage at ticket counters


Qualifications and Skills
10th to 12th Any basic Graduate can apply (Male)
12th Any basic Graduate can apply (Female)

Age minimum 18 to maximum 28 year
Good communication skill require in Hindi English Bengali
