Job Description

Experience in sales and marketing

Description: Develop and coordinate daily plans for market visits for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and establish daily and monthly targets, ensuring they are challenging yet attainable in presenting the SaaS Mobile / Web App.
Address issues encountered by BDEs in terms of customer service and promptly resolve challenges.
Ensure the achievement of both individual and collective targets through proactive support, motivation, and lead conversion.
Manage leaves for both BDEs and yourself to ensure optimal team coverage while maintaining operational efficiency.
Collect daily responses from BDEs and send reports to the Regional Manager, providing updates on work-related information, performance assessments, and other relevant details.
Provide lead conversions with BDEs while offering assistance, follow-up, and an escalation process with MSME business owners to facilitate their transition to subscription mode.
Compile reports into weekly summaries for review by the Regional Manager and Leadership.
Engage in discussions with leadership heads and relevant teams to review performance and assess progress toward targets.
Provide timely updates on manpower requirements, team development, new market expansion, and other relevant areas, ensuring effective communication channels.
Regularly relay customer feedback to the technical team for continuous improvement of the product.
Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new Business Development Executives (BDEs), facilitating their integration into target locations.
Conduct training sessions for BDEs, covering customer handling, business closure, client relationships, and other essential skills.
Plan to travel and meet with BDEs and provide necessary support for converting potential customers.
Conduct real-time demos during support calls to help users navigate complex features and functions.
Effectively communicate and explain the features and advantages of our SaaS-based Mobile/Web App to MSME business owners, aiding them in establishing their business profiles and creating user profiles for their teams.
Offer support to MSME business owners and their teams in utilizing the SaaS-based Mobile/Web App throughout the trial period.
Subsequently, follow up with MSME business owners to facilitate their transition to subscription mode.
