Job Description
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Area Sales Manager, focusing on the K-12 segment. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth through franchisee partnerships and direct sales of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to sign new franchisee partners in assigned territories
- Provide dedicated support to franchisee partners to ensure their success
- Drive business growth through the partner network
- Train, handhold, and work closely with channel partner teams to achieve business objectives
- Directly sign new schools for company training programs, both independently and through franchisee partners
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the K-12 and higher education industries
- Showcase strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, and support in the education and training industry (K-12 segment preferred)
- Proficiency in English, and local languages (added advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
