Job Description
1. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
2. Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals.
3. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
4. Create and implement sales plans to meet objectives and maximize sales growth.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
7. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
8. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
10. Working knowledge of the potential of technological channels such as social media for the marketing and communication of company products
11. Identify and onboard new channel partners
12. Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
13. Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
