Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Staff member to support daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves managing records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Support sales, accounts, and operations teams with administrative tasks
Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications
Maintain files, databases, and office records accurately
Process invoices, orders, and other office-related paperwork
Coordinate with field staff and update daily activity reports
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
