• liaising with external vendors for amendments of reports and follow for original documents.
• Highlighting discrepancies on home loan application forms.
• Vendor management.
• Tally of franked documents.
• Banking and eligibility.
• IWF usage, from upload to final disbursement.
• Follow up with client's for PDD.
• Follow up with client's on service request.
• Meetings of client's for documentation.
