Job Description

Urgent Requirement for BIM Production Manager in Ernakulam.

A. BIM production planning and management in coordination
with the Project BIM Manager.
B. Ensure timely signoff for each deliverable and that the whole
project is completed on time.
C. Meet all objectives of the project to ultimately reach the client’s
satisfaction.
D. Manage the BIM production team and confirm that all staff are
doing their work properly.
E. Assure the highest degree of work quality and BIM team
productivity.
F. Verify and ensure the interoperability of files and specify the
necessary requirements for software, hardware, licensing, file
format, and workspace requirements required to maintain
interoperability.
G. integrate BIM methodologies for pre-construction design
coordination, BIM-to-Fabrication, 4D visual planning, site
logistics, model-based quantification & production tracking
and reality capture.
H. Review and verify BIM deliverables, including models & clash
analysis reports.
I. Help resolve BIM design issues.
J. Verify that all BIM deliverables are in accordance with local
construction procedures, contract documents, and
international standards, where applicable.
K. Linking BIM to the project construction schedule for submittals,
construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
L. Lead BIM Coordination Meetings: Spatial Coordination of
Disciplines, gathering all disciplines BIM models including civil
and preforming coordination tasks.
