Job Description
1. Maintain and oversee all branch procedures and processes.
2. Increase brand awareness for the company within the community.
3. Manage and supervise department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
4. Direct all operational aspects including customer service, human resource, administration & marketing.
5. Promptly resolve customer problems as needed.
6. Ensure effective counseling sessions to customers both regarding courses provided and study & work abroad.
7. Any additional responsibilities as assigned by top management, as and when required
