Job Description

As a Business Associate - Sales in our Business Training Providing Company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our business training programs to corporate clients and individuals. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their training needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.

2. Actively promote and sell business training programs to corporate clients, organizations, and individuals.

3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our training offerings.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.

6. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with client requirements and company policies.

7. Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify business opportunities and threats.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue data.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).

2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the education or training industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and pipeline management.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets.

6. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.

7. Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

8. A passion for business education, training, and professional development.
