Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team at one of the fastest growing
tourism destinations in Wayanad, Karapuzha Adventure Zone, situated in Karapuzha
Dam, Wayanad. The primary duties of this role will be to create B2B partnerships with
travel operators and assist customers with ride inquiries and ticket sales. The ideal
candidate should have experience in marketing and sales, as well as excellent
communication and customer service skills.
Duties:-
-off site-
? Establish partnerships with travel operators and similar organizations (B2B
sales) to assist them in facilitating tours and enhancing the amusement
park's business.
-On Site-
? Create custom packages and plan the travel dates.
? Make conversations with visitors within the park to convert them into
customers.
? Effectively oversee the ticket counter by promptly providing customers
with their tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography
- Proficiency in English (Hindi and Tamil is preferred
- The candidate will go through training for 30 days.
- If the candidate fails to demonstrate their talents during this period,they will not be
deemed eligible for the position.
- Food, accommodation and travel expenses will be provided by the firm.
