Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for development of Sales plans.
• Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets.
• Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated location; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans
• Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
• Attending Service /support calls
• Trouble shooting issues
• Analyzing the issue according to the priority
• Meeting customers and dealers for product demonstration
• Assisting in Sales activities

Skills:
• Proven experience in Software Sales
• Technical skill
• Good communication skill(Tamil)
• Knowledge in hardware and software.
• Ability to take additional responsibilities
