Job Description
1. In charge of a particular region/ territory and reporting to the Sales Head and Management.
2. New market Identification and development.
3. New modern trade addition, negotiation of agreements, signing contracts on behalf of the company, and making sure product availability, proper shop display.
4. In charge of BDE of his region, merchandising and promoter staffs.
5. New distributor appointment and replacing nonproductive distributors.
6. Making sure products are available in a market, if not, making arrangements through different options.
7. Marketing and sales development.
8. Recommending new and potential products in the market.
9. Customer and distributor Meetings and follow-ups.
10. as per manpower requirements, Intimating HR for the recruitment of Business Development Executive, Retail Executive & Merchandisers.
11. Target setting for BDE.
12. Responsible for Market or seasonal sales schemes and offers settings to develop sales.
13. Market visits and assuring product availability.
14. Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly Targets.
15. Ensure satisfactory resolution of distributor queries and concerns in timely manner.
16. Achieve inventory planning and control in such a manner that the stock is sufficient for immediate order fulfillment as well ensuring that the products to not exceed the expiry date or get technologically redundant or noncompetitive in the market.
17. Controlling and Monitoring BDE. Enhance productivity.
18. Ensure successful launch of new products with their specifications.
19. Program implementation as per management decisions.
20. Responsible for adding new outlets in their Area.
21. Responsible for Primary Sales.
22. Stock taking at distributor Godown.
23. Making sure products are reaching to the outlets on time from the distributor.
