Job Description
1. New order taking from shops and supermarkets and that to be entered in Sales Force software.
2. New shop identification and market development.
3. Reporting to the Business Development Manager daily and share the daily sales figure and any issues in the market or outlets
4. Make sure that stock inflows to retail outlets are on time.
5. If any delay or timely action needed inform the same to the Superiors.
6. Visit the assigned retail outlets in his area regularly and make sure that everything is set as per the standards.
7. Give timely support to Merchandisers in the outlets regarding product queries, stock, product rotation, shelf life etc.
8. Give motivation to the merchandisers for effective selling, guide them Regarding the new launch products & their specifications without fail.
9. Analyze the area of operation thoroughly and inform the possibilities about the new leads.
10. Collection timely feedback from the outlets and report the same to concerned Business Development Manager.
11. Give prime importance to collect any customer feedback from merchandisers particularly pertaining to Product quality, labeling, packing, if any. Also, customer complaints to be taken in specific format and that should be handled with immediate effect.
12. Timely interaction with Sales Force Application team regarding addition/upgradation of the new outlets.
13. All Retail Executive should strictly adhere to record daily attendance, activities in the software and web login in Voyon Payroll software as well.
