Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed CAD drawings and designs based on project requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design specifications.
Revise and update existing CAD drawings as required.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:
preferably Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in leading 3D softwares such as 3ds max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to visually depict architectural and design concepts
Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into appealing visual representations
Use 3D modeling software and tools to develop detailed and accurate models of buildings, interiors, landscapes, and other objects
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
