Brief description :
Call Center Executive [Night Shift]
* Outbound Calls in behalf of our clients.
* Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions to resolve all issues and concerns.
* Resolve customer issues in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
* Complete system documentation and tasks as per the client request.
* Knowledge about RCM Process or Medical billing [AR Calling] will be an advantage.

* Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
* Experience: 0-2yrs (Freshers can also apply).
* Good interpersonal skill and communication skill in English is a MUST.
* Excellent typing skills in English is a must. [Minumum 25 WPM]
* Good customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
* Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
* Male candidates preferred and Cab facility not provided
* Salary: Rs 10000.
