Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable CCTV & Access Control Field Service Technician to join our team immediately in Cochin. This role is open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, including freshers who have completed relevant courses in CCTV, Access Control, or Building Management Systems (BMS). As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and access control systems. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems at client locations.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of security equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems are operational.

Conduct site surveys and assist in designing system setups for new installations.

Train and support clients in the proper use of security systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, installations, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, BMS, or a related field.

0 to 2 years of experience in CCTV, access control, or BMS systems (freshers with relevant coursework are welcome).

Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems basics.

Ability to work independently on-site and manage time effectively.
