Job Description

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine preparation.
* Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
* Strong understanding of food safety standards.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet operational demands.
* Team-oriented attitude.

* Prepare Chinese dishes according to approved recipes.
* Operate wok stations and other Chinese cooking equipment.
* Ensure quality and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
* Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
* Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
* Assist in inventory control and stock management.
* Support overall kitchen operations as required.
