Job Description
A client executive is responsible for managing client account portfolios, establishing long-lasting business relationships between the clients and the company. Client executives handle the project management procedures, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring that the deliverables adhere to the clients' specifications and business requirements. They closely coordinate with the clients for updates and informing them of plan adjustments as needed. A client executive must be highly communicative and organizational, especially on researching new business opportunities that would bring more revenues and resources to support business goals and objectives.
