Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
Should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Willing to work partially in California time (Pacific Standard Time): work hours will include few hours during morning (10am-1pm IST), and remainder of the time at night (10.30 pm-4.30 am IST)
Tech savvy power user with high technical aptitude

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Preferred Requirements:
Ability to join as early as possible
Knowledge of eCommerce flows such as product configuration in database
Managing content and configuration using a CMS according to client requirements
Candidates from Kerala are Preferred

Willing to work in flexible timing
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Ensure all issues are properly logged (eg: JIRA)
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Minimum 3 years experience in the mentioned areas
Willing to work in evening shift to support US team
