Job Description
•	The Centre In-Charge has to allocate the work properly to their juniors.
•	Academy objectives are to be achieved with the available resources.
•	Student’s query is to be properly recorded and to be reported to the operation head depending on the nature of query.
•	Reports to be made and submitted to the operation In-Charge within the 2nd of the next month.
NOTE: Reports will contain the following heads:
•	Staff details number of days present, leave taken etc
•	Stationery requirement
•	Registers maintained by the centers to be updated timely. Registers of the following to be maintained by the centers:
•	Petty Cash
•	Attendance.
•	Module
•	Miscellaneous
•	Center Head has to inform operations head about the study materials printed from center on a daily basis.
•	Work allocated to all the subordinates to be checked and actions to be taken if the same is not completed. Operations head to be intimated about the discrepancies.
•	Batches as announced should be informed to students.
•	Summary of reports received from center to be submitted to the operations head on a monthly /weekly/daily basis as stated.
•	Manager shall report to the operations head about the modules received and how the modules got distributed. Report to be made and submitted to higher management by 2ndof  every month.
•	Center Head should focus on conversion of enquiries into admission.
•	Center change & Refund process of the student has to be taken care of, if any. 
•	Missed classes’ statement to be taken from center and classes to be kept accordingly.
•	Manager needs to keep the Notice Board updated at all times.
•	Centers problems to be addressed as and when needed and a weekly report has to be submitted to the operations head.
•	Concession to be seen and taken care of.
•	The petty cash of center has to be taken care of and it should physically match with the statement all times.
•	Timely procurement of Stationery items.
•	Day to day activities of the center to be taken care of and reports to be made and submitted with the higher management by Saturday of every week.
•	Student feedback to be addressed accordingly and should be reported to the higher management.
•	Every Manager has to report to the management timely and should be present in the meeting.
•	A report has to be submitted daily to the Operational head:
•	Daily Cash: Cash as per the petty cash book and actual cash by the same day end.
•	Absenteeism: Both staff and student as per daily wise and cumulative wise(in a percentage form).The report has to be submitted very next day.
•	Query: Student query has to be reported very next day with the following details: No. Of query, Query pending, Query solved and reason for pending.
•	Manager has to take care of the assets present in the centres and duly get all the assets serviced.
•	Salary and other incentives to be dispatched to their subordinates and proper maintaining of the salary sheet.
•	Manager should also act as a counsellor whenever required.
•	Lectures and modules timely received or not to be checked and to dispatch the hard disk’s timely to head office.
•	If found any irregularity any steps can be taken by the higher authority.
•	Individual should maintain confidentiality of the Academy.
•	If any deficiency or negligence is found harsh steps will be taken.
•	Work in close association with all the centres / HO & both internal & External Customers
•	Ensure smooth registration process for students.
•	Must be able to generate revenue and should be able to achieve monthly targets.
