Job Description
As a CRO in our Training Department, your primary responsibility will
be to council the enquiries for the various courses of IPCS through telephone, direct and other
sources. Your area of works includes Enquiry generations, receiving and managing enquiries, update
ERP systems, telemarketing and Front Office Administration. You shall work with Individual target
and all the activities to achieve it should be planned and executed by you. You are supposed to be
updated with our curriculum in-order to update yourself regarding training modules. Be in good
contact with Academic Head. Be in regular monitoring in terms of Fee remittance. Register student’s
contacts in Google groups. Coordinate with Placement Cell regarding placement related activities.
The Job Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to
? Attend to Walk-ins & counseling for various products & services
? Lead Generation through cold calls and activities.
? Converting Enquiries to Enrollment / Revenue proposition;
? Work on captive students upgrades and reference
? Telephonic /online enquiry follow ups
? Maintaining Good conversions (average conversion across the state is 70%)
? Student fee collections & Follow Ups.
? achieving weekly / monthly / quarterly / Yearly revenue Targets for the assigned products;
? Database maintenance/Database Calls.
? Responsible for the maintenance of the records & updating of sales figures and reports
? from time to time
? Responsible for in house marketing activities & sales promotions
? Daily/Weekly /Monthly reports / Analysis of reports
? Competitor info and updates

- Any Degree
