Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on portfolio performance and market trends.
Collaborate with investment advisors and other departments to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Address and resolve client concerns or issues related to investments, escalating matters as needed.
Provide feedback to management on client needs and service enhancements to improve overall client experience.
Participate in training sessions to stay current on investment products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
