Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences, market segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide digital marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and email marketing.
• Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and manage content distribution to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor search engine algorithms and trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly and maintain visibility in search results.
• Manage social media profiles and accounts, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, writing compelling copy, and designing visuals.
• Segment email lists, schedule sends, and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee website maintenance, updates, and optimization to improve user experience, site speed, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure coordination and alignment of digital marketing efforts
Skills Required and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, communications, Business or related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
