Our growing startup is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Digital marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will have to work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
- Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
- Managing the digital marketing calendar
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget
- Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with Influencers and other potential vendor partners
- Create and manage link-building and content marketing strategies.
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Analyze the campaign reports on a periodical basis and take data-driven action
- Collect customer feedback on a periodical basis and tweak the strategy accordingly
- Manage digital marketing team and train them accordingly
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
- Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience in executing paid campaigns
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing softwares
- Effective leadership and time management skills.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Social media campaigns
