We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our team and help grow our one-year-old retail clothing brand online. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and experience in ecommerce, preferably in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth for the brand.

• Manage and optimize the online store and product listings on multiple platforms, including the brand's website and third-party marketplaces.

• Analyze ecommerce metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to develop and execute digital campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to the online store.

• Manage inventory and product assortment, ensuring that the right products are in stock and available for customers to purchase.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to ensure a positive online shopping experience.

• Stay up to date with ecommerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the brand's online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• 2-3 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in the fashion industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and paid advertising.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.

• Passion for fashion and ecommerce with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
