Manage and update eCommerce websites and online stores
Upload and manage products, categories, descriptions, and pricing
Ensure product information is accurate, attractive, and SEO-friendly
Manage inventory updates and online stock availability
Process and manage customer orders, returns, and refunds
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility
Run and optimize digital campaigns to drive online sales
Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent online customer experience
Stay updated with eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices
Work with marketing and design teams on promotions, banners, and website enhancements
Ensure website security, functionality, and mobile responsiveness
Recommend and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer retention
