Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Install, test, commission, and maintain elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults and carry out repairs.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Respond promptly to breakdown calls and restore equipment to normal operation.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and reliable performance of equipment.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
Replace defective components such as motors, controllers, sensors, door operators, and control panels.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.

Skills Required
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Knowledge of elevator safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and respond to emergency service calls.
