Job Description

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator in Interior Fit-Out.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
UAE interior fit-out experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and specifications.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and fit-out drawings.
Strong knowledge of material and labour costing.
Good negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related software is preferred.
Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
