Job Description
Applies functional knowledge to analyze and respond to matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of department policies and procedures and research and interpretation of a variety of levels of information
Responds to inquiries from students, departments or general public by telephone or in person regarding application status or related department procedures
Selects and pulls file for recording procedures or corrections
Responds to inquiries from students, departments or general public by telephone and using online resources regarding application status or related department procedures
Knowledge of departmental programs, policies and procedures governing Early Intervention service delivery
Manage caseload to ensure the delivery of all vocational evaluation and employment planning services within prescribed timeframes
Interview clients to ascertain employment, education and training histories
Assess client's vocational interests, abilities, strengths, weaknesses, aptitudes, behaviors and functional limitations by administering and scoring test and vocational evaluation tools
Supervise the measurement and recording of client responses to motivational technique and criticism, organizational ability, perseverance, attendance, punctuality, flexibility, interpersonal skills, work habits and communication skills
