Job Description

Managing Collection of Default customer for Recovery of over-due amount as per the allocation.
Make Calls to Clients Call, Visit and Convince customers to Repay the EMI
Ensure that Customers is treated well during the Overdue Follow up Motivate the customers to make on time Repayment Trace out the absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
Ensure that collection process and legal guidelines to be adhered
Desired Profile:

Candidates having at least 1 yr of relevant experience Collections/Recovery & risk controls in areas of experience Loan, Two-wheeler, MSME will be preferred.
Minimum 10+2 Pass out
Own two-wheeler with valid Driving license
GrossSalary:15000/- per month + Performance based Incentive
