Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations within the factory, including material handling, loading, and unloading.
Support machine operators and skilled workers with tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Prepare materials and tools for production processes.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and machinery.
Follow company guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
