Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Incharge to supervise all production activities in our joinery and wood works manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in furniture production, woodworking processes, and factory management.

Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing.
Mandatory experience managing a joinery/wood works factory.
Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes.
Ability to read production drawings.
Excellent leadership and production planning skills.
