Job Overview:

The Fashion Designer will work closely with the Creative Director to create innovative designs that reflect the brand's style and vision. This is a full-time position that requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing new clothing and accessory collections that are on-trend, cohesive, and aligned with the brand's vision.

• Collaborating with the Creative Director and other members of the design team to create seasonal themes, color palettes, and prints.

• Conducting market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date on fashion trends and consumer preferences.

• Creating technical sketches and design specifications that accurately communicate the details of each garment to the production team.

• Participating in fittings and making adjustments to designs as needed.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Assisting with other design-related tasks as needed.


Qualifications:


• experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio of work.

• Strong sense of fashion and design, with the ability to create on-trend, unique, and cohesive collections.

• Excellent technical skills, including sketching, pattern-making, and sewing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.

• Strong organizational and time- management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
