Job Summary
Mutually agree with the manager/director and execute respective channel strategies, identify key customers within their areas and propose plan to introduce new products and increase size of business with them. Increase the sales by introducing new customs and evaluating their potential. Is responsible for the achievement of category wise budgeted volumes and customer service. Ensuring sales rep. productivity and efficient routing. Ensuring collections on time. Building relationship with customers. Exploring new product opportunities in his / her channel and customers. Have to self-generate the leads of restaurants, catering companies, labour camps etc., wherever there is scope of sales revenue. Should be capable of setting the sales target every month and could enjoy the benefit of incentives every quarterly against the achievement.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Customer Strategy and Business Plan
• Executes the Channel / customer business plan for his/her area.
• Build and maintain business relationship with customer’s decision makers Ensure orders are communicated to sales
coordinators accurately and on time.
• Working in closely with Out of Home development team to introduce new products / new applications with
customers
• Ensuring account receivables are collected on time. Be aware of customers’ financial health to prevent bad debts.
• Working closely with sales coordinators to ensure high customer service levels.
• Promptly address customer complaints
• Ensuring products are sold according to price lists. Negotiation
• Advisory role to channel manager for rates negotiations and terms of trade.
• Monitors Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution Plays active ambassador role
Work experience requirement
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar role in the assigned market, with Out of Home channel management experience
• Total of 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales

Qualification
• Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
• MBA degree in business or management related field is desirable.

Fixed Pay

• AED 2,000-4,000
• Incentives – Applicable against the sales target
