Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Final Production Drawings Specialist. This role involves creating precise final production drawings and interacting with clients to ensure their vision and requirements are accurately translated into the final design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical drawing and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, providing expert advice and gathering feedback to refine designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft Final Production Drawings: Create comprehensive and precise production drawings for use in project execution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback into production drawings.
Quality Control: Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of all project phases.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Proactively address any design or production challenges and resolve them in coordination with the client and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in production drawing creation and client interaction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Attention to Detail: Ability to produce highly accurate and detailed drawings.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
