Job Description

We are looking for Fresher MBA in Finance with 0-2 years of experience in finance. Business planning and consolidation
consultant role. Conduct research to collect/update data from company annual/financial reports & analyze them. Develop an understanding of
financial statements and concepts, & knowledge of financial services. Knowledge of accounting procedures & financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with our M.D to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in
methods and materials

Basic Salary + incentives. There will be a 10% salary increment every 6 months after achieving monthly goals.
Schedule:
• Evening shift(2pm-11.30pm)

• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Yearly bonus

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting
work (Required)
Contract: - There will be a contract period of 2 years
