Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include:
o Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
o Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
o Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
o Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
o Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
o Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
o Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
o Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
o Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
o Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
o Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
o Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
